Wilma believes coaching is about transformation. She will work alongside you and support you on your journey until you have achieved your goal. She encourages women to seek the Word of God for solutions to overcome challenges faced on their Christian journey.
In a coaching session Wilma will help you identify the gaps between where you are and where you desire to be by asking you strategic questions to bring out the answers that is on the inside of you. Not only will you be provided with strategies to succeed, but you will be coached to believe in yourself. Wilma believes if women are given strategies to help them succeed, the strategies are of no benefit to them if they don’t believe in themselves.
At the end of a coaching session, you will leave feeling encouraged, empowered, motivated, confident, and equipped with the knowledge to begin designing a life that you love.

A Rose, even with thorns, is still beautiful is a holistic 12-week coaching program purposefully designed to empower female believers to embrace the thorns, allow the Rose within to bloom, and be who God has called them to be.
The Retreat
This programme is inclusive of a celebratory retreat with all of the participants who have completed the course coming together to have an amazing experience at Living in the fullness of the rose retreat.
Surrounded by positive like-minded women you will be rejuvenated, re-energised and re-empowered.
